GEAR UP coordinators are required to attend, and administrators are encouraged to join.

Meeting Date, Time, and Location

• September 29 at the Hilton Garden Inn Eugene/Springfield
• Registration starts at 9:30 AM, and the meeting will run from 9:45 AM to 3:30 PM.

What will the Central GEAR UP Office provide?
Lunch the day of the meeting, reimbursement for subs, travel and additional meals, and lodging the night of September 28 if necessary.

Hotel Information
Lodging for the night of September 28 will be available at the Hilton Garden Inn for those that need it.

Northwest Christian University Tour
Come the day before, Thursday, September 28, for an exclusive GEAR UP educator tour of Northwestern Christian University in Eugene from 2:00 - 5:00 pm. Dinner will be included.
